What is a Certified Legal Nurse
A Certified Legal Nurse Consultant is a Registered Nurse who successfully completed the CLNC Certification Program through the Vickie Milazzo Institute. CLNC's have the expertise to quickly interpret medical records, and identify deviations in Standards of Care. CLNC's can also discover issues in any case involving health, illness, or injury. As a CLNC I am also a member of the National Association of Certified Legal Nurse Consultants (NACLNC) the largest pioneering network of CLNC's which allows a collaboration with hundreds of other colleagues outside of our area of expertise to bring you the highest quality work product in the business.

Why consult with a CLNC?
While attorneys are the legal experts, a CLNC is the expert on the inner workings of the healthcare facilities. CLNC's can provide you with a cost-effective expertise for reviewing medical records, and understanding the terminology and subtleties of healthcare. Registered Nurses are historically respected by the general public and other healthcare professions for their expert knowledge, ability to identify and prioritize complex medical issues, and attention to detail. Registered Nurses are traditionally the only healthcare providers who are face to face with patients on a daily basis, a CLNC can educate an attorney on medical issues, while saving time and money. Certified Legal Nurse Consultants are uniquely prepared to assist you in developing the medical aspects of you case. Consider the cost effectiveness of using nurses compared to using other high priced healthcare experts. From the onset of a potential case, a CLNC has the expertise to obtain detailed and objective medical insights involving your case, and interpret them for you in a quick cost effective manner. Through proper preparation, documentation, and expert testimony, Hambrick & Associates Legal Nurse Consultants, LLC. will screen and organize your medical records.
